Bio

I’m Laura Mignott, CEO of Ros, the AI platform made by producers, for producers, and co-founder of The Maison Projects (TMP).

Over 15 years, I’ve produced more than 1,000 events across 15 countries for brands including Netflix, Samsung, and Amazon Goodreads. I founded and built DFlash, sold the agency to WPP, and served as Global Chief Experiential Officer at VMLY&R Commerce, working with brands like Coca-Cola, Pfizer, Mazda, & Dell. My experience spans building an agency, leading global teams, and managing the operational complexity behind live experiences.

This year, we opened TMP, a 25,000-square-foot event space in Chelsea, New York, that also serves as a testing ground for Ros. It gives us a place to test the platform in real production workflows and learn directly from producers as they plan and execute events.

I’m bringing deep industry relationships, firsthand knowledge of our customers’ challenges, and a working venue to building Ros—connecting product development to the realities of production.
